Responsibilities

Build and own platform features and customer implementations end-to-end—from design and development to deployment and customer success
Work side-by-side with customers on their most pressing data and AI challenges, deploying the platform to solve business problems
Develop multi-tenant platform components that handle enterprise-scale workloads
Build deployment pipelines for air-gapped, high-security environments
Create customer onboarding systems that get critical infrastructure running quickly
Own projects from conception to deployment, working directly with customers to ensure success
Help shape platform architecture, customer implementation strategies, platform-level quality bars, customer delivery excellence, and product direction based on customer feedback
