Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, and at least 3 years of experience in software engineering roles. Strong backend development skills are required, preferably with Python, Go, Node.js, or similar languages, along with proficiency in designing clear, maintainable APIs (e.g., REST, gRPC). Familiarity with frontend development (e.g., React or similar frameworks) and experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Elasticsearch, or equivalents) is highly valued.
The Software Engineer, Knowledge Assist will build scalable, reliable backend services that power real-time AI assistance and search, design APIs and data flows to support integrations with knowledge bases and customer systems, work across the stack when needed, including backend, frontend, and infrastructure layers, collaborate closely with product managers, machine learning engineers, and fellow software engineers, take ownership of projects end-to-end, from design through implementation and operation in production, and contribute to technical discussions, architecture reviews, and continuous improvement efforts.
