What You’ll Do

  • Develop test framework and test automation.
  • Design, develop, and maintain functional, regression, integration, and performance tests.
  • Design and develop larger-scale integration and automated end-to-end tests.
  • Increase automated test coverage and improve release quality and velocity.
  • Define test strategies to best handle functional coverage, performance, and scale.
  • Analyze product, system, and feature designs for flaws and improvements.
  • Operate independently.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 5 years of programming experience as an Automation Engineer developing automation infrastructure for testing of large and complex products.
  • Programming Language: Fluent in Python.
  • Infrastructure Building: Built complex Software Infra from scratch.
  • Reporting & Provisioning: Built reporting system/ provisioning of machines, scale/performance.
  • Database Experience: Proficiency in NoSQL DB (MongoDB – advantage).
  • Operating System: Experience with Linux.
  • Networking/Security: Practical experience in networking/security – advantage.

Preferred Skills/Experience (Advantageous)

  • Experience with Java, JavaScript, Go.
  • Familiarity with Kafka, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins.
  • Experience with Appium or Genymotion.
  • RabbitMQ / Ka
