Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 1 year of professional experience
  • Reside in or near Mexico City
  • Able to work in person 2 days per week at Glorieta del Ahuehuete, Reforma
  • Proficient in object-oriented development languages such as JavaScript or .Net (C#)
  • Solid foundation in software development, with significant industry expertise if possible
  • Excellent understanding of data modeling principles, data manipulation languages, and storage systems
  • Familiar with industry best practices, such as code coverage
  • Basic knowledge of Software Development methodologies (e.g., Kanban and Scrum) and test-driven development
  • Able to work well with internal and external technology resources

Responsibilities

  • Interfacing with other personnel or team members to finalize requirements
  • Writing and reviewing portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate complexity
  • Working closely with other Development team members to understand Product Requirements and translate them into Software designs
  • Implementing development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews
  • Operating in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholders
  • Completing bug fixes and resolving technical issues
