Responsibilities

The Software Engineer II will design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software programs for enhancements and new products, develop software and tools in support of design, infrastructure, and technology platforms, provide administration, development, and application support for end users, participate in the design, develop, code, test, and debug system software, review code and design software, participate in configuring and integrating third-party software components and technologies, engage in performing root cause analysis of network, operating system, and other issues related to how technical solutions operate in customer environments, address and resolve software bugs and bug reproduction requests, log all incidents and requests, engage other service desk resources or appropriate service resources to resolve incidents, provide limited after hours and on-call support as needed, engage in review and development of test documentation, work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives, and perform other duties as required.
