Requirements

  • 2-4 years of total IT experience in Software development/testing
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing testing capabilities covering Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Customer Data Cloud, and Salesforce core ODS platforms including end-to-end connected integrated systems
  • 2-4 years of experience in Software Development Life Cycle methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
  • 2-4 years of experience in different testing standards and guidelines
  • 2-4 years of experience in Cloud and native applications
  • Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Contact Builder, Content Builder, and Automation Studio in SFMC
  • Experience with service support ticketing and configuration management such as JIRA and ServiceNow
  • Experience using industry standard Agile tooling suites (e.g., Jira), and working knowledge in requirement grooming sessions, Sprint planning, Sprint Retrospective, task creation, and collaborating with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Prior experience in life sciences, healthcare, or related industry (preferred)
  • Experience in testing OneTrust consent management (plus)
  • Active testing/automation certification (plus)
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with a broad matrix team and ability to influence others and achieve results

Responsibilities

  • Manage cross-functional & platform testing strategies, planning, execution, tracking, and reporting
  • Effectively manage multiple small/medium/large sized projects in parallel using the right testing tools, test strategies, and test planning
  • Build and leverage reusable testing processes, scripts, and templates that support global scale
  • Partner with development teams and cross-functional teams to ensure applications/components are fully integrated and functional end-to-end
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders (cross-platform teams) to ensure all connected applications are end-to-end tested
  • Work directly with multiple stakeholders and handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously from a testing perspective
  • Analyze existing processes and make best practice & improvement recommendations to streamline and harmonize processes globally
  • Demonstrate and explain the outcome of testing
  • Communicate effectively and clearly with the testing team regarding issues affecting deliverables & timelines, and outline agreeable alternate plans
  • Ensure adherence to all best practices in every stage of testing, consistent methods across deliverables using IT operating model and test frameworks
