Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from a four-college or university and 0 to 2 years’ related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with a solid understanding of various development programs, the ability to quickly learn customer support processes and techniques, excellent communication skills in English (both speaking and writing), and the capacity to collaborate and work remotely utilizing communication tools.
Responsibilities
The Software Engineer I will design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software programs for enhancements and new products, develop software and tools in support of design, infrastructure, and technology platforms, provide administration, development, and application support for end users, assist in the design, develop, code, test, and debug system software, review code and design, assist with configuring and integrating third-party software components and technologies, perform root cause analysis of network, operating system, and other issues related to technical solutions, address and resolve software bugs and bug reproduction requests, log all incidents and requests, engage other service desk resources as needed, assist with appropriate logging and tracking of incidents and requests, provide limited after-hours and on-call support, assist with review and development of test documentation, work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives, and perform other duties as required.
