Requirements

  • 5+ years of generalist software development experience in high growth startups
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience building scalable systems (primarily using Python, Elixir, JavaScript)

Responsibilities

  • Design and build large-scale, highly reliable systems supporting largest and most complex customers
  • Deliver seamless, bi-directional data synchronization across marketplace, ecommerce, ERP, and other enterprise systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and low-latency data flow
  • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Inventory, Operations, external partners) to understand business needs, translate into technical requirements, and drive aligned outcomes
  • Architect and evolve enterprise-grade systems that are intuitive for developers, easy to iterate on, and capable of supporting rapid product growth
  • Contribute to and accelerate the broader Inventory team roadmap with technical insight, proactive problem-solving, and hands-on implementation support
