Requirements

Hands-on experience (3+ years) implementing and maintaining scalable, highly available systems
Customer centricity - putting the customer at the core of all business decisions and actions
Ideally, experience with Golang or alternatively proficiency in any backend programming language with the willingness to learn Golang
Experience with React or any equivalent framework with willingness to learn React
Familiarity with modern software build pipelines and tools
Proficiency in NoSQL and SQL database, with willingness to learn MongoDB, BigQuery, PostgreSQL
Experience with real-time distributed messaging tools, like NSQ, Pub/Sub
Working experience with any cloud provider (at Omnisend we use Google Cloud Services)
Experience with event-based architecture
Proactive, product-minded and enthusiastic about crafting impactful software products

Responsibilities

Contribute significantly to product development decisions
Design, develop, and test features
Resolve technical challenges for seamless system functionality and optimal performance
Maintain features with effective monitoring, logging, and alerting
