Supporting the EcoSure Division’s usage of Salesforce through general platform maintenance, enhancing existing capabilities and developing new ones
Analyze operational processes and identify areas of process enhancement
Initiate, own and deliver business improvement initiatives
Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed
Keep up to date on industry's best practices and implement these where applicable
Maintain and build trusted relationships with stakeholder functions
