Responsibilities

Build software for warehouse operations including integration with custom hardware, RFID readers, and mobile devices running on android platform
Design, code, test, maintain software solutions
Guide junior team members
Work closely with product managers and peer teams
Define, design, and implement complex, multi-tier distributed software systems focused on authenticating high value luxury items
Drive design and architecture discussions
Produce well-documented design docs
Participate in software design and code reviews
Collaborate closely with peers, architects, product managers, business partners, quality engineers, and operations teams to develop innovative software solutions that meet functional and non-functional standards and expectations
Contribute to the development, testing, release, triage, bug fix, documentation, and rest of the cycles in product development and maintenance
Estimate engineering effort, plan execution cycles, and rollout system changes
