Requirements

Candidates should possess hands-on experience with large-scale distributed systems on public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure, gained within Enterprise SaaS companies. They require at least 5 years of experience in cloud computing platforms and 3 years of experience managing and leading people, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.

Responsibilities

The Software Development Manager will manage a team of engineers to build and maintain a state-of-the-art multi-cloud platform, aligning team priorities with the multi-cloud roadmap, triaging issues, prioritizing the team backlog, and collaborating with product management and other teams. They will also support the platform across development and production environments, hire, mentor, and direct engineers, provide technical leadership, continuously improve team efficiency and expertise, and deliver high-quality solutions through collaboration.
