Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (BTECH)
Minimum 12 years of experience (7+ years specified in technical program or project management, preferably in AI/ML or software product development)
Proven expertise in SAFe Agile frameworks, including leading Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and driving large-scale Agile transformations
Must have skills: Agile Project Management
Good to have skills: Scrum
Demonstrated ability to implement and optimize AI-driven Technology Development Life Cycles (TDLC)
Strong skills in designing and implementing scalable process improvements
Deep experience managing complex programs involving AI/ML engines, front-end applications, and human-in-the-loop workflows
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven capability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks
Proficient in Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Technical understanding of AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle management, and deployment challenges
Experience working with data science, engineering, UX/UI, and operations teams
Knowledge of human-in-the-loop system design, including monitoring and feedback mechanisms
Certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), PMP, or Agile Scrum Master
Experience facilitating PI Planning, retrospectives, and cross-team collaboration workshops
Familiarity with DevOps practices and AI/ML model deployment pipelines
AI-first mindset for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade solutions using Generative and Agentic AI frameworks

Responsibilities

Develop and configure software systems end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle
Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities
Lead and execute the development of smart products integrating AI/ML technologies, front-end user applications, and human-in-the-loop operational models
Drive adoption of robust process frameworks and manage AI-driven Technology Development Life Cycle (TDLC) for high-quality, scalable, and maintainable product delivery
Champion SAFe Agile methodologies to coordinate cross-functional teams
Proactively manage risks and align key stakeholders around strategic priorities
Bring structure to complex AI projects, foster collaboration, and steer programs from ideation to deployment and iteration
Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligence
