  • Capability to ensure complaint investigations are completed according to procedures, in a timely manner, with appropriate prioritization, and meet division goals for timeliness
  • Competence in documenting activities accurately, with quality and timeliness, using software applications, computers, and databases in accordance with requirements and regulations
  • Experience in supporting development of investigation procedures, troubleshooting methodologies, replication strategies for complex issues, and metrics to assess investigation process effectiveness
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for team and cross-functional engagement, including communicating trends, analysis, and suggestions for efficiency and improvements
  • Knowledge to keep up to date with new product developments, support complaint readiness prior to launch (including validation and post-launch sustaining), and monitor/report adverse trends
  • Ability to work effectively with team members and managers at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Conduct investigation activities on complaints related to software applications (mobile and web apps), ensuring equipment is appropriately installed/maintained and investigations are completed per procedures and timelines
  • Meet division goals for timeliness of complaint investigations and identify opportunities for process improvements/efficiencies
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness of documentation for activities, including providing data to management using required tools and in compliance with regulations
  • Support development and establishment of investigation procedures, troubleshooting methodologies, replication strategies, and metrics for software-related complaint investigations
  • Engage in effective communications within the team and cross-functionally, communicating trends/analysis to stakeholders and suggesting changes for efficiency/improvements
  • Stay current on new products, collaborate on complaint readiness pre-launch (including validation), and support post-launch sustaining activities
  • Monitor performed activities, report adverse trends/emerging issues to management and SMEs, and participate in developing solutions
