Responsibilities

As a Software Architect, you will build the architecture and guide the evolution of core systems responsible for ingesting, processing, and delivering sports data across the platform, ensuring a resilient, scalable, observable, and performant system for high availability and global impact. You will own technical vision and architectural runway, champion best practices across the domain through technical leadership and mentorship, and work closely with Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams to align business priorities with system capabilities. Additionally, you will translate functional and non-functional requirements into clear architectural documents, mentor engineers, support technical design reviews, and facilitate knowledge sharing, evaluate emerging tools and platforms, and shape the technical direction of the domain while providing detailed technical guidance to the team.
