Requirements

Interest in the wellness space and experience working with direct-to-consumer lifestyle brands is a plus. This is a part-time, 6-month contract role requiring 32 hours per week with a set schedule. A can-do attitude and passion for customer experience are essential.

Responsibilities

The Social Media Response Associate will execute a multi-platform strategy for responses and proactive communications, engaging with the online community by responding to comments in a timely manner. This role involves identifying, monitoring, and responding to reviews and comments across various platforms, managing social listening tools to monitor sentiment and trends, and boosting engagement while resolving potential conflicts. The associate will collaborate with various teams to develop appropriate responses, ensure goals are met, and communicate anecdotal and qualitative data to recommend improvements. They will also create monthly sentiment reports, communicate weekly trends to the paid team, and become an expert on community members to assist the Communications team.
