Proven experience managing LinkedIn and Instagram for real estate/construction audiences is required, along with excellent writing skills to craft clear, compelling, and original content. Knowledge of the construction and/or multifamily housing industry is strongly preferred, as is a strong understanding of social media best practices, algorithms, and community engagement. Experience using and customizing Airtable or similar tools for content planning and management is necessary. Candidates must be detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive, able to start ASAP, and comfortable working with a time tracker.
The Social Media Manager will write engaging, industry-specific content for LinkedIn and Instagram, creating and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth. They will monitor performance, track KPIs, adjust strategies, and collaborate with the team to align messaging with brand goals. Responsibilities also include setting up, maintaining, and improving Airtable systems for content and workflow management, and staying updated on trends, competitors, and content ideas.
