Requirements

  • 3-4+ years experience managing social networks, especially for top FMCG clients in beauty/personal care space
  • Strong background working with digital and social agencies
  • 4+ years strong experience writing for digital, creating engaging content with a fresh perspective
  • Editorial background and creative skills (e.g., video editor app) advantageous
  • Ability to strategize from a long-term perspective
  • Proficiency in analytics and mapping performance
  • Up to date with social media trends, platforms, updates, and changes
  • Track record of executing campaigns
  • Experience working on Agile
  • Understanding of the digital landscape and ability to think on a 360/cohesive level
  • Proactive follow-ups and staying on top of things
  • Serve as single-point contact for creative and brand teams
  • Lead creative vision for the brand (strategy, copy, content, social) with knowledge and expertise

Responsibilities

  • Manage all content for the brand across social channels, especially Instagram and TikTok
  • Build and grow brand’s follower base aggressively through content creation, performance mapping, competitor analysis, influencer engagement, and online reputation management
  • Create regular social media reports: monthly, quarterly, and annually
  • Repurpose existing content for different uses
  • Master a variety of brand voices
  • Work closely with clients to develop strong concepts from initial briefing through execution
  • Set tone and drive creativity, collaborating with Creative Director-Copy (CD)/Account Director for creative excellence
  • Maintain high awareness of trending topics and news to identify content opportunities
  • Work with internal teams to gather input and validate content
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all written content
  • Present and articulate concepts to clients
  • Help plan content calendars
  • Participate in creative brainstorms alongside the Creative Director
  • Create social orchestration/campaign journeys
  • Stay up to date with social channels and trends, communicating updates to team members
  • Lead a team of Social Media Managers and Social Media Executives
