Requirements

12+ months’ experience in marketing, content or social media
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or Digital Media
Strong content creation skills and knowledge of algorithms & scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite)
Proficiency in Canva, Office Suite & basic video editing/animation
Excellent communication, organisation & attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Manage the annual content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube & emerging platforms
Create high-quality visual, video & written content that reflects current trends
Monitor and engage daily across corporate channels, ensuring a proactive brand voice
Run paid campaigns to drive leads and website traffic
Support franchise offices with social media setup, branding & audits
Report on performance with analytics and actionable insights
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to keep PRD at the forefront of digital marketing
