Requirements

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing and social media management, ideally within an eCommerce or consumer brand environment
  • Strong understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube etc) and influencer ecosystems
  • Strong copywriting, briefing, and storytelling skills with an eye for what performs well across platforms
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
  • Experience with influencer tools and analytics platforms
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaign performance
  • Creative thinker with an eye for trend-spotting and innovative content
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow our official social media channels, including TikTok, Meta (Instagram & Facebook), and YouTube
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across European markets
  • Identify, onboard, and manage creators and KOLs, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign objectives
  • Create campaign briefs and content guidelines that drive consistent, high-performing content
  • Develop a centralised content calendar across platforms and markets, working closely with design and creative teams
  • Monitor trends and competitor activity to spot opportunities for innovative influencer collaborations and content strategies
  • Track and analyse performance across influencer and social media campaigns, using data to optimise and report ROI
  • Align strategies and execution with internal business partners and regional teams, ensuring cohesive brand storytelling
