Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of professional work experience in supply chains, sustainability, social impact, operations, and/or agriculture
  • At least 3 years of project management leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently while also bringing sensitivity to cross-functional needs and priorities
  • Strong knowledge of global CPG and/or produce supply chains

Responsibilities

  • Develop a program for tracking and mitigating risk around human rights & labor, while driving business value
  • Refine and implement a policy for Code of Conduct adherence
  • Assess and engage suppliers and co-manufacturers for labor practices; managing audits, certifications, and data collection
  • Provide guidance around innovation and ingredient standards, identifying hotspot areas and guardrails as it relates to labor and sourcing risks
  • Build deeper ingredient transparency across the portfolio with key insights to de-risk, provide value, and inform strategy
  • Support mid & long-term supply chain initiatives around direct sourcing
  • Support with ESG/retailer/Sustainability reporting on related topics by providing data, copy, and responding to questionnaires
  • Track policies, regulations, trends relating to labor, human rights, organic and resilient supply chains
  • Educate teams on key topics and issue areas to build fluency and contextual understanding
  • Support engagement in public policy and strategic NGO partnerships to advance O’Farm’s mission and impact goals
  • Other tasks as assigned
