Requirements

4+ years experience in workplace experience, office management, hospitality, or a related field
Great at building relationships and excel at making people feel welcome, supported, and inspired
Organised and able to handle multiple priorities effectively
Can-do attitude and always looking for ways to improve processes and tackle problems
Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing

Lead local operations with excellence through proactive vendor management, strong service quality, and high sense of ownership to ensure smooth day-to-day office experience
Leverage AI tools and data-driven insights to anticipate needs, optimize services, and run the workplace with smart, efficient processes, combining human warmth with technological precision
Collaborate across regions and functions to align local practices with global vision, exchange ideas, contribute to shared standards, and work on regional and global projects
