Responsibilities

Own the three-year growth strategy for UK business sellers, translating it into actionable annual plans with clear goals and resource alignment
Drive acquisition and lifecycle programs that empower small businesses and deliver year-over-year revenue growth
Use data and insights to optimise the seller experience and embed scalable, continuous improvement across all programmes
Represent eBay externally — with sellers, government, and industry partners — ensuring our role as a trusted marketplace leader
Partner with global, regulatory, and comms teams to align strategy, reduce friction, and maintain eBay’s reputation as a customer-first brand
Lead the team responsible for Buyer Growth ensuring we understand the dynamics driving impacting results, and identifying the levers we have to improve them
Oversee incentives and trading plans collaborating with global teams to improve ROI and their delivery against our strategic priorities
Lead, develop, and inspire a multi-functional team, measuring performance rigorously and fostering a culture of excellence and inclusion
