High School GED or equivalent
Experience as a camp counselor, swim coach, day care provider etc. preferred
Experience in bike industry preferred
Intermediate or above bike handling skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a team oriented environment with an upbeat, enthusiastic personality
Strong mechanical aptitude & ability to problem solving abilities
Operate in a high energy environment & able to lift 40 pounds
A passion for working with participants of all ages and abilities in a summer environment
Must be able to work holidays and weekends

Responsibilities

Teaches & guides all levels of snow bike lessons to guests in the form of private or group experiences
Assist guests with all aspects of snow bike rental process, including the orientation process
Performs maintenance on bikes to meet service standards, accurately recording information and signatures to manage risk
