Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks
  • Works on assignments that are routine to moderately difficult, requiring some decision in resolving issues or in making recommendations

Responsibilities

  • Supports sales representatives and channel partners in administrative areas such as order processing, sales quotes, sales information management, product training and financing
  • Tracks transactions and prepares reports regarding information such as order status, sales results, leads, sales quotas and sales representative earnings
  • Processes orders for materials or merchandise from sales staff or direct customer contact
  • Maintains customer files with sales contracts and other information
  • Gives price quotations, completes order sheets and checks the price and quantity of each item listed
  • Distributes order sheets to respective departments
  • Coordinates with departments regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability and back orders
  • Serves as a single point of contact for assigned sales professionals
  • Assists with deposit and bookkeeping issues
  • Supports with ordering, upgrading, product systems / services
  • Facilitates installs
  • Responds to additional information from merchants
  • Signs additional locations
  • Signs additional products
  • Contacts clients regarding open batches
  • Meetings (Sales Person Leads)
  • Enrollment
  • Collects missing Info
  • Coordinates underwriting
  • Schedules installation as requested
  • Post install follow-up as requested
  • Supports overview/info provided
