Responsibilities
Supports sales representatives and channel partners in administrative areas such as order processing, sales quotes, sales information management, product training and financing
Tracks transactions and prepares reports regarding information such as order status, sales results, leads, sales quotas and sales representative earnings
Processes orders for materials or merchandise from sales staff or direct customer contact
Maintains customer files with sales contracts and other information
Gives price quotations, completes order sheets and checks the price and quantity of each item listed
Distributes order sheets to respective departments
Coordinates with departments regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability and back orders
Serves as a single point of contact for assigned sales professionals
Assists with deposit and bookkeeping issues
Supports with ordering, upgrading, product systems / services
Facilitates installs
Responds to additional information from merchants
Signs additional locations
Signs additional products
Contacts clients regarding open batches
Meetings (Sales Person Leads)
Enrollment
Collects missing Info
Coordinates underwriting
Schedules installation as requested
Post install follow-up as requested
Supports overview/info provided
Schedules demos
Facilitates statement reviews
Reminds service touchpoints
Asks for referrals
