Candidates should possess at least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as support, sales, customer success, or account management, with a minimum of 2 years of experience supporting technical products, applications, and/or environments. They must also demonstrate strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, coupled with a positive, customer-oriented attitude and exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with comfort working in a fast-paced environment and strong organizational and prioritization skills.
The SMB Customer Success Manager will be responsible for onboarding and training new customers on Virtru’s products, delivering a great first time experience, managing the renewal process and hitting retention targets, running account reviews for existing customers and educating them on new Virtru features and products, driving engagement and product usage across their book, handling at-risk customers and potential churn scenarios, generating invoices and assisting with collections, and handling any other outlier scenarios across the base.
