Requirements

Candidates should have sales experience in the technology space within hospitality or equivalent restaurant management experience. A proven track record of sales velocity and over-quota achievement, or a history of success managing restaurants, is required, along with 3+ years of experience. Preferred experience includes using sales tools like Salesforce.com, Office 365, and other prospecting tools. The ideal candidate is a tenacious prospector, self-motivated to exceed goals, enjoys building pipeline 3 to 4 times quota, and is a team player with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Experience selling SaaS or Restaurant Tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

The SMB Account Executive will be responsible for selling the Paytronix Platform, including Loyalty & CRM, Gift, and Order & Delivery, to independent restaurants with 1-15 locations. This role involves managing the sales process from start to finish, utilizing modern selling tools and methodologies. Responsibilities include high-velocity outbound prospecting through calls, field prospecting, email outreach, and LinkedIn. The individual will sell to restaurant owners, marketers, and IT professionals, and will be accountable for sales quotas and daily metrics such as outbound calls, emails sent, appointments held, and revenue generated.
