Responsibilities

Record the official score sheet for youth and/or adult league games
Hand out and put away skates
Attend to issues and injuries on the ice
Work directly with customers during public skating
Assist with youth sporting events
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Understand Operating Principles and apply them to the job
Own the customer experience
Be enthusiastic learners and advocates of technology, products, and services
