Requirements

Candidates should have experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Chef. Proficiency in automating standard practices using languages like Python, BASH, or JAVA is required. Experience with MicroService management via HashiCorp stack (Nomad, Consul, Vault), network troubleshooting, and VMWare ESXi/VCenter management is necessary. Familiarity with multi-OS environments (Mac, Windows, Unix/Linux variants) and the ability to support a 24x7 on-call rotation are essential. Good oral and written communication skills and the ability to work in a remote environment are also required.

Responsibilities

The Site Reliability Engineer will automate the deployment of infrastructure and application components. They will monitor the stability of operating environments, perform root-cause analysis of production failures, and actively seek to improve the performance and stability of infrastructure and applications. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to bring larger projects to success and deliver solutions through all phases of development into production.
