Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience
  • 1+ years of experience as a SRE or DevOps engineer
  • Experience programming in one or more of the following languages: Python, Bash, Java
  • Experience working on production environment
  • Ability to learn new technologies

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high uptime and reliability of Crossix’s production environment in the cloud
  • Take responsibility for managing the production environment, security, change management, deployment, architecture, and tools
  • Perform root cause analysis for complex failures and offer modern solutions and tools
  • Utilize Grafana to develop effective dashboards that provide key insights and system performance
  • Analyze performance and stability issues and create in-house automation tooling
  • Work closely with DevOps, R&D, product, and project managers to enable automated CI/CD methods
  • Design, develop, and drive troubleshooting & mitigation tools as part of driving self-healing agenda
  • Constantly improve the technology stack, supporting the data growth and the customer’s requirements
  • Design, create, and maintain a complete multi-on-prem and cloud applications, deployment and monitoring framework, working with all major cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Design, create, and provision infrastructure as well as deploy and maintain applications with a focus on infrastructure as code
