Requirements

Candidates should possess over 5 years of hands-on experience as an InfraOps Engineer, DevOps, or SRE. Strong programming skills in Python and/or Golang are required, along with experience in Linux operating systems (Debian or Ubuntu), cloud services (AWS, GCP), and infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, Packer, and Ansible. Proficiency in containerization technologies (Docker, containerd) and orchestration tools (AWS EKS, GCP GKE), CI/CD implementation, monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), cloud security, and GitOps are essential. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, communication, and teamwork skills are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Site Reliability Engineer will improve Infrastructure as Code (IAC) and implement best practices, develop tools to support the cloud platform, and optimize CI/CD pipelines. Responsibilities include fixing vulnerabilities in container images, standardizing image creation processes, building AMIs with CIS and STIG benchmarks, debugging application and infrastructure issues, reviewing new tools and technologies, and fine-tuning distributed systems such as Apache Kafka and Cassandra.
