Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in software development with strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis, along with experience troubleshooting, tuning high performance microservice architectures running on Kubernetes and AWS in highly available production environments. Experience with observability tools and gathering data, and database knowledge such as RDS, NoSQL, and distributed TiDB are also required. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

The Site Reliability Engineer will analyze current technologies and develop monitoring and notification tools to improve observability, ensure system stability by verifying failure scenarios and implementing solutions, develop solutions to improve system performance with a focus on high availability, scalability, and resilience, integrate telemetry and alerting platforms, implement industry best practices for system development and deployment, document knowledge gained, stay up to date on modern technologies, and participate in incident management including troubleshooting production issues, driving root cause analysis, and sharing lessons learned.
