The role is within the global Site Payments team, dedicated to processing Investigator Payments. It’s a vital function within the Global Centralized Solutions group, supporting key projects and providing insight into clinical trial payment processes. The role involves processing investigator payments according to contractual guidelines, country regulations, and procedures, driving the payment generation process, reviewing invoices, and resolving payment-related issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Previous experience in an international corporate environment (preferred)
  • Experience with payments processing (preferred)
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Self-organized with the ability to make decisions and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing project needs

Responsibilities

  • Processing investigator payments according to contractual guidelines, country regulations, and procedures.
  • Driving the payment generation process, including:
    • Site Study Budget entry
    • Compiling data from multiple sources to generate site payments based on completed patient activities and contracted milestones, as well as related pass-throughs.
    • Reviewing and processing of site invoices where required.
    • Responding to and resolving payment-related issues and findings.
  • Exhibiting good financial stewardship in managing funds, investigator payments, and project finances.
  • Building and being a great partner with study sites and study teams.
