University Engineering degree
Spoken and written English (desirable)
5 to 8 years of experience in projects, with a minimum of 2 executed EPC projects
Experience leading work teams

Responsibilities

Implement assigned parts of the project within the unit/department, following procedures, meeting deadlines, and coordinating human and material resources
Manage 100% of on-site activities
Monitor subcontracts: certifications and progress
Manage warehouses
Control HSEQ, emphasizing the Zero Accidents policy
Provide leadership and coordination to all contractors, parties, and on-site activities; responsible for safety, quality, stakeholder management
Permanent collaboration with the client, Engineering Department, and support to Engineering for the best technical solutions
Collaborate with procurement for awarding on-site subcontracts
Support monitoring of logistics for supplies and subcontracted services
Control progress status to meet assigned deadlines
Approve subcontract payment status
Periodic reporting
Commissioning (start-up)
Manage contracts and procure required permits and licenses
Draw up budget estimates
Plan and set out construction phases
Supervise subcontractors' tasks and subordinate staff/workers
Verify progress achieved and work quality during all project phases
Represent the company in relevant matters
Ensure projects are carried out on time, with specifications, and within cost (goal-oriented for deadlines and economics)
Responsible for the performance of work contracts; plan, optimize, and supervise resource usage
