Requirements

At least 18 years of age
Ability to perform essential duties, including sign production using large format print production, pre-press, vinyl plotting & weeding, printer operations, sign finishing, accurate measurement and cutting with sharp blades, and use of small tools, hand tools, and power tools
Proficient use of power and hand tools, heavy equipment (lifts, telehandlers), ladders, and safety equipment for installation at heights in indoor and outdoor locations
Ability to work closely with Sign Shop Manager, construction, ski patrol, lift maintenance, trail crew, Director of Marketing, and other stakeholders

Responsibilities

Assist with design, layout, fabrication, installation, and upkeep of signage, ensuring consistency with brand standards and templates
Communicate with departments requesting signage and coordinate production timelines
Maintain an accurate inventory of all on-mountain and base area signs
Produce requested signage using various methods, including application, laminating, and installation of vinyl graphics to substrates, vehicles, and direct to surface, following brand guidelines
Remove existing signage, install new or updated signage using appropriate tools and hardware to match designs and specifications, and ensure proper function and presentation
Maintain and update signage for relevancy, fix broken signage, and evolve existing signage to meet branding, function, and utility changes
Manage and coordinate large signage projects with Maintenance, Ski Patrol, Construction, and other associated departments
Conduct scheduled signage assessments with Sign Shop Manager, Director of Marketing, and various stakeholders
