Responsibilities

Occuparsi di tutti gli aspetti operativi legati alla produzione di componenti statorici e rotorici ad altissima precisione per turbomacchine
Attrezzare e supervisionare macchine a controllo numerico (CNC) per lavorazioni assegnate (es. tornitura, fresatura, rettifica, elettroerosione, stampaggio 3D)
Svolgere attività manuali con attrezzatura specifica (lucidatura, pallinatura, montaggi di componentistica, saldatura)
Seguire specifiche tecniche, disegno tecnico di prodotto e ciclo di lavorazione
Rispettare norme di sicurezza e qualità definite dall’azienda
Movimentare materiali interni utilizzando carrelli elevatori, carriponte, paranchi
Verificare specifiche tecniche, procedure e istruzioni operative dei sollevamenti, e controllare preliminarmente lo stato delle attrezzature di sollevamento
Rispettare le regole di gestione della postazione di produzione e di lavoro
Suggerire azioni di miglioramento delle attività svolte secondo il programma aziendale di miglioramento continuo
Partecipare settimanalmente alle discussioni su temi di sicurezza e qualità (Safety & Quality Talk)
Partecipare attivamente alla formazione seguendo i corsi assegnati
