The pay range is $42.25-52.18 per hour.
The Shift Technician will be assigned primarily to the Base Crew, M-F days, but can also be assigned to operating shifts with a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.
Required skills include performing electrical, control and instrument, mechanical, welding, and machine tool duties; ability to work independently, from heights, in confined spaces, and lift 50 pounds; must pass preemployment welding test, annual re-certification, be clean shaven for respirator use, and join the plant's CSR team.

Strong candidates have an Industrial Trade School Certificate in welding, Military Training School graduate (DD-214 required), or associate in applied science - Welding, plus experience in welding techniques like Heliarc, Shielded Metal Arc, Mig, and others; they must be available for overtime and able to work independently in challenging environments.
