Candidates should possess deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills, along with advanced communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnight shifts, and weekends, with the potential for overtime. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, though not required.
The Shift Supervisor Trainee will work effectively with store management and crews, supervising the store’s staff through assigning, directing, and following up on all activities, communicating information between management and crews, and assisting customers with questions, problems, and complaints while promoting CVS customer service culture. They will also handle customer relations issues according to company policy, maintain customer confidentiality, and ensure the completion of all opening and closing procedures when a manager is not onsite, supporting store execution and performance and building consumer loyalty.
