A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, though not required.
The Shift Supervisor Trainee will work effectively with store management and crews, supervising store staff through assigning, directing, and following up on all activities, communicating information effectively, and ensuring store operations run smoothly by completing opening and closing procedures. They will also assist customers with questions and complaints, promote CVS customer service culture, handle customer relations issues according to company policy, and maintain customer confidentiality, while learning about key aspects of the business and CVS/pharmacy culture.
