Responsibilities
The Shift Supervisor Trainee will work effectively with store management and crews, supervising store staff through assigning, directing, and following up on all activities, communicating information effectively, and ensuring store operations run smoothly by completing opening and closing procedures. They will also assist customers with their questions and problems, handle customer relations issues according to company policy, and promote a positive shopping experience while maintaining customer confidentiality.
