  • Customer service experience: 1 year in a retail or restaurant environment
  • Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Compliance: Must meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and adhering to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Responsibilities

  • Delivering legendary customer service by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer
  • Executes store operations during scheduled shifts, including opening and closing duties
  • Contributes to a positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in partner morale and performance and communicating them to the store manager
  • Assists with new partner training by positively reinforcing performance and providing respectful coaching
  • Provides feedback to the store manager on partner performance during shift
  • Follows all cash management and cash register policies and ensures proper cash management practices are followed
  • Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to standard and set a positive example
  • Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cues and communicating information to the manager
  • Recognizes and reinforces individual and team accomplishments
  • Utilizes operational tools to achieve operational excellence during the shift
