Requirements

Customer service experience: 1 year in a retail or restaurant environment
Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
Compliance: Must meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and adhering to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Responsibilities

Delivering legendary customer service by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer
Executes store operations during scheduled shifts, including opening and closing duties
Contributes to a positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in partner morale and performance and communicating them to the store manager
Assists with new partner training by positively reinforcing performance and providing respectful coaching
Provides feedback to the store manager on partner performance during shift
Follows all cash management and cash register policies and ensures proper cash management practices are followed
Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to standard and set a positive example
Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cues and communicating information to the manager
Recognizes and reinforces individual and team accomplishments
Utilizes operational tools to achieve operational excellence during the shift
