Responsibilities

  • Spearhead individual, team, and location initiatives to drive sales and business performance
  • Support the General Manager in leading company-wide initiatives
  • Regularly meet with the Senior Leadership team to provide feedback and contribute to store success
  • Deeply care for and coach your teammates
  • Assist in coaching and mentoring new employees using our Learning Management System (LMS) and progression pathways
  • Execute coffee products flawlessly according to company standards
  • Craft beautiful, well-executed coffee products and serve all Blank Street customers with energy, warmth, and empathy
  • Maintain coffee quality standards across the store
  • Communicate the unique qualities and differentiators of Blank Street’s products to customers and teammates
