Full-time role is 30-40 hours per week with 4-5 days availability, including 2 peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), and shifts between 6:30 am and 9:00 pm. Weekend and holiday availability is preferred.
Candidates must be able to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods of time.
You'll craft coffee products, train new employees, open and close the location, handle customer issues, and lead initiatives to boost sales and build a loyal customer base.
This is an on-site role in Boston cafes, requiring availability that meets cafe needs including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
