Requirements

English proficiency
3-5 years of previous experience in an Analyst role with emphasis on contract management and data reporting
A bachelor's degree in an IT, sales, or marketing discipline (or equivalent industry experience)
Experience with procurement automation tool, Coupa
Experience with business tools such as Tenrox, Smartsheets, Jira, and Salesforce preferred
Strong analytical, problem solving, and attention to detail
Ability to identify issues and develop sound, practical, and creative solutions
Aptitude to understand complex business processes
Proven skills at cultivating strong working relationships and working well within a team to learn and share knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to comprehensively and clearly present strategic issues and solutions

Responsibilities

Manage procurement contracts, purchase orders, and time tracking activities for 70+ partners and individuals
Act as liaison between Procurement Contracts, PS Operations, Resource Management, and partner organizations to optimize business processes
Oversee timesheet process, including implementing proactive reminders and tracking late submissions
Optimize timesheet process for efficiency and accuracy
Provide training and support to team members for timesheet compliance
Manage partner relationships, including onboarding new partners, reviewing contracts, and managing forecasts
Manage new contracts and purchasing requisitions internally and externally with partners
Facilitate onboarding/orientation for all new resources for whiteshirt and partner pass-through projects
Coordinate Tenrox accounts for all users, project assignments, forecast updates, including extensions from change orders
Serve as point of contact for questions from resources and partners on project codes, billable time, adjusting timesheets, monthly invoicing, and outstanding invoices
Create and manage internal reports on program metrics
