Responsibilities

  • Own a book of enterprise customers and ensure successful delivery and impact of Assistance services
  • Provide proactive platform configuration, content management, and platform optimization recommendations
  • Oversee the entirety of customers' Assistance experience, including monitoring L1 and L2 requests and serving as escalation point
  • Relay impact of proactive and reactive work to customers
  • Manage brand’s digital experiences powered by the Yext platform in alignment with customers' business strategies
  • Perform successful administration of in-platform task execution, focusing on proactive work and governance of Assistance experience
  • Proactively recommend and execute optimizations on products including Content, Search, Pages, Listings, Reviews, and more
  • Present recommendations, execution results, and team impact in regular meetings and strategic business reviews, emphasizing value
  • Prioritize, triage, manage, and monitor inbound customer configuration or content management requests for timely completion
  • Interpret customer and stakeholder requests, tailor communications, and relay needs to internal teams
  • Analyze, clean, and transform customer content primarily in Excel, with quality assurance for platform loading
  • Create, maintain, and optimize process and workflow documentation per customer needs and Yext best practices
  • Partner closely with customers and account teams to exceed expectations
  • Contribute to internal resources and provide meaningful product feedback to leadership and teams
  • Serve as subject matter expert to customers and internal teams
