Responsibilities

  • Own the overall business success of a large and diverse set of service products/solutions
  • Define strategic direction and plans for the service business, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions, cost reductions, and incremental growth initiatives
  • Manage and track product/service business metrics (attach, penetration, revenue, TCE); deliver recovery or action plans for exceptions
  • Build and foster strong partnerships with Product Business Groups, Alliance partners, Services teams, Regional Business Development Managers, Sales, Solution Partners, and Delivery functions
  • Lead key initiatives that reshape portfolio, selling motions, competitive advantages, and business models
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and barrier removal to enable direct reports to achieve objectives
  • Create a high-performance, growth-oriented, diverse, and rewarding work environment
  • Mentor individual contributors and Manager I level leaders; contribute to talent development programs (rotational, re-skilling, etc.)
