Responsibilities

Oversee and lead the introduction and end-to-end product lifecycle of new Managed Services (MS) offers and capabilities
Manage complex MS introductions following and contributing to the further development of defined processes, governance, and best practices
Lead MS activities supporting new HPE GreenLake 'as-a-service' service introduction projects
Represent MS within strategic HPE GreenLake service introductions
Work with broader core team to ensure MS component of service is properly defined, incorporated into service and associated business processes
Ensure delivery organization is ready to deliver MS
Manage project teams and internal partners
Develop and enable MS services
Manage project scope and definition
Manage delivery readiness and resources
