Responsibilities

  • Drive seamless transition and optimization of Incentive Compensation and Contract Management products
  • Ensure products align with business objectives, exceed customer expectations, and deliver measurable value
  • Define and execute product roadmap, manage service lifecycle and budget
  • Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT
  • Oversee complete service lifecycle from design to retirement
  • Monitor and report on product performance, ensuring alignment with metrics and SLAs
  • Accountable for timely delivery of product features and strategic guidance on value versus effort
  • Ensure product reliability, availability, and alignment with expectations
  • Identify and implement service enhancements for performance and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with IT team to resolve incidents and escalate issues
  • Maintain comprehensive service documentation and knowledge base
  • Serve as primary point of contact for the products
  • Foster relationships with stakeholders, drive alignment, and communicate performance, issues, and improvements
