Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in managing infrastructural services using ITIL logic, preferably in a consulting firm
  • Consolidated skills in Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management
  • Ability to supervise end-to-end service delivery in cloud and on-premise environments, ensuring compliance with company SLAs and operational KPIs
  • Ability to manage escalations, conduct service reviews, and promote collaboration between teams
  • Fluent in speaking and writing English
  • Passion for sharing and learning

Responsibilities

  • Be the main reference for defining and activating project processes and procedures within the new Operational Model, managing it according to client objectives and expectations
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service and optimization of processes following ITIL standards
  • Be the Client's point of reference for end-to-end delivery management
  • Supervise operational teams in an international context and contribute to their growth and training
