Requirements

  • Ability to plan department daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver service and sales goals
  • Leadership skills in interviewing, developing, coaching, evaluating, and retaining hourly team members

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate inclusivity by valuing diverse voices and approaches, being authentic and respectful, and creating equitable experiences
  • Lead a team of Guest Advocates, Service Advocates, and Front of Store Attendants to exceed guest service expectations by focusing on decreasing wait times, friendly interactions, quality of service, resolution, driving loyalty, and cleanliness standards
  • Lead and demonstrate execution of best practices through team onboarding and learning; close skill gaps via development, coaching, and team interactions
  • Understand sales goals, business reporting, and guest insights to plan and execute daily/weekly workload, deliver on store sales goals, drive guest engagement, and troubleshoot opportunity areas
  • Support Target Loyalty Programs by ensuring the team educates and promotes benefits, features, and offerings to reward guests and enhance their shopping experience
  • Support direct leader by following up on training completion, checking understanding, and supporting continuous education for front of store proficiencies
  • Engage in consistent, meaningful development conversations at critical touch points in the team's career path
  • Personalize recognition and appreciation of the team to reinforce critical guest service behaviors and promote a positive team environment
